Makes 2 cups

1. Finely chop two squares of a Hu Crunchy Mint bar for topping and set aside
2. In a medium saucepan, combine 3 cups of non-dairy milk (organic coconut preferred),1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla, a pinch of sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pure Vt. maple syrup, a cinnamon stick, and bring to a slow boil on low heat
3. Add 3/4 cup of Hu Gems and whisk until fully melted. Add more Gems as desired for a thicker and richer hot cocoa
4. Remove cinnamon stick and pour into your favorite holiday mug
5. Top with Hu Crunchy Mint bar shavings
Pro-Tip: drop 1 square of Crunchy Mint bar in the mug and fish it out with a spoon after 15 seconds. Best. Bite. Ever.
