Hu TASTE GUARANTEE
At Hu, we stand behind our products, and we want your Hu experience to be enjoyed! If you
are dissatisfied with the taste of your Hu product you purchased from us at hukitchen.com,
we want you to let us know. While we can’t accept a return of any consumable product, we
will offer a replacement or issue a refund to you.* Please note that the Hu Taste
Guarantee is not available for products purchased from resellers and only covers purchases
made on hukitchen.com. The guarantee is also limited to the original end-user purchaser
and limited to one refund or replacement per household.
*Additional Terms
To be eligible for the Hu Taste Guarantee, you must submit the following to
support@hukitchen.com:
- Actual pictures of the UPC from a Hu product sku
- Original receipt for the product indicating a purchase no more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of your Hu Taste Guarantee request
- A completed Hu Taste Guarantee request form submitted to support@hukitchen.com
This offer only applies to the purchase of one (1) Hu sku up to a maximum refund or
replacement value of $48.00, excluding sales tax. All Hu Taste Guarantee requests must
be made within sixty (60) days of product purchase to be valid. We reserve the right to
require additional information to verify purchase and eligibility. LIMIT ONE REFUND PER
NAME, ADDRESS, OR HOUSEHOLD. Duplicate, fraudulent, ineligible, or incomplete
Hu Taste Guarantee requests will be disregarded. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or
restricted. Limited to purchases and Hu Taste Guarantee requests made within the
United States and District of Columbia and made on the hukitchen.com website only. The Hu Taste Guarantee request is not honored by Hu resellers. For more details, please
