We respect and love our vegan fans! While Hu is best known for our vegan dark chocolate, Hu is not a vegan company. Our business started as a paleo-friendly restaurant called Hu Kitchen, which was open for nearly a decade. We served vegan items in addition to super high quality animal protein and eggs, as well as butter and milk at our coffee bar.

Come September, they will be in Whole Foods, Target, Walmart and many other grocery retailers. Yes! Our new milk chocolate bars are Organic, Fairtrade and with the exception of "No Dairy", contain the same list of NOs you expect with all Hu chocolate bars.
