HU 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Hu, we stand behind our products and quality controls, and we want your Hu experience to be enjoyed! If you are dissatisfied with your Hu product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, please reach out to a human at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make things right. While we can’t accept a return of any consumable product, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to you if you qualify. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Hu 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The guarantee is also limited to the original end-user purchaser.
Purchased Hu out in the world?
If you have any issues with your purchase of Hu from one of our authorized sellers, we suggest you try contacting them. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the retailer, please reach out to us at the email address above, and have information available regarding when and where you purchased your product. We would, in any event, love to hear feedback on how our products are surviving out in the wild.
You are required to submit proof of purchase, and may be required to submit photos of your product at our request to verify Guarantee eligibility.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase. We reserve the right to verify information and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Hu 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
