Shipping policy

All orders over $75 receive complimentary standard (FedEx 2 Day Delivery) shipping. All orders are shipped with guaranteed 2nd day delivery (either by FedEx ground or FedEx 2-day Air, depending on your proximity to our shipping facilities). All Hu Chocolate products are shipped in temperature controlled bio-liners with ice packs. Orders shipped outside of New York, California, Kansas, Indiana, Tennessee, or North Carolina will ship tax-free. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible at support@hukitchen.com. Please keep in mind that once your order has been picked up by the carrier, it may not be possible for us to reroute to a different address. However, you may be able to contact FedEx directly to hold at the nearest pickup location.
