Our Dark Chocolate Bites are made with 6 simple ingredients or less. Creamy cashew, hazelnut and coconut butter centers are covered in rich Hu dark chocolate, made with cacao, unrefined coconut sugar and cocoa butter – all Organic and Fairtrade – for the perfect Bite. We say NO to refined sugar, palm oil, sugar alcohols, soy/gluten, and emulsifiers so you can savor your me moment.

Hu (short for “Human”) was born in 2012 as a restaurant called Hu Kitchen, and our bakers back then needed a delicious chocolate that met our simple ingredient rules. But we just couldn’t find one. So we decided to create our own: a chocolate with no refined sugar, cane sugar, sugar alcohols (like erythritol), or lecithins – all without sacrificing taste.
