Are These Cookies Paleo?

Can I Eat These Cookies On A Keto Diet?
Not only will our grain-free cookies keep you coming back for more (hey, it’s a nice vice) but they’re also keto-friendly. A serving size of 7 cookies is between 8-9g of net carbs and they have 0g of added sugar. We also don’t use any sugar alcohols like erythritol, and instead opt for real fruit (dates) for sweetness.
Are These Cookies Gluten-Free?
Yes! Our bite-sized cookies are gluten-free and grain-free. Because your body should feel just as happy as your taste buds.
What Is The Difference Between Gluten-Free And Grain-Free?
To put it simply, gluten-free refers to the omission of ingredients that contain the protein, gluten — including some grains. Grain-free speaks to the elimination of all grains, including gluten-free grains like rice and corn. Our cookies are both gluten-free and grain-free.
Do These Cookies Contain No Added Sugars?
You bet! As you can see on the Nutrition Facts panels, all varieties of our grain-free cookies contain 0g of added sugars and 0g of cane/refined sugars. Don’t let the lack of sugar fool you though. Each batch is sweetened with real dates because taking the guesswork out of snack time is our M.O.
What Is The Difference Between Sugar and Sugar Alcohols?
While sugar and sugar alcohols are both carbohydrates, sugar alcohols are less sweet and are associated with digestive distress. Our grain-free cookies skip both and instead opt for the addition of dates, real fruit that keeps things sweet for your body and taste buds.
Are These Cookies Crispy Or Soft-Baked?
Crispy! Consider each bite ASMR (“autonomous sensory meridian response” - Google it!) for your taste buds.
What Size Are These Cookies?
Mini cookies, big flavor. These grain-free cookies are bite-sized and make snack time the best time of any day. Plus, they’re tasty and contain only real, good-for-you ingredients.
Are These Cookies Vegan?
While our grain-free cookies are not vegan, they are vegetarian as they’re made using Certified Humane free-range eggs. The rest of our Dark Chocolate and Grain-Free Cracker product line is Vegan Certified.
